The aired-beam grate cooler is transformed according to German technology. It is developed, designed and manufactured in conformity to practical condition, and possesses the following features.
1) High cooling efficiency. The grate bed output of grate cooler in unit area is 45-48t/m2; the largest feature of this equipment is that the cooling air is supplied directly through the aired-beam. Considering thoroughly the longitudinal and transverse resistance of material layers and the distribution rule of temperature.
2) High thermal recovering percentage. Due to adopting complete cooling technology of thick material layer, the cooling air and hot clinker can perform the thermal exchange thoroughly. The secondary air and the third air can meet the clinker thermal consumption requirements in pr-calciner system, and can draw the hot air to dry the material. |

Raw material and coal and cement grinding system |

1)We have successfully developing cement grinding system .It is not only saving energy but also having high output .Consumption of electrical energy of cement per tone has decreased 8-10KWh than ever.
2) We have developing Roller Press, this product is characteristic of advanced roller face technology, which extends its life greatly. They have constant value control of contact pressure between rollers, and high running rate. The product has been equipped with Raw material grinding system , the power consumption of raw material per ton has decreased 6-8KWh. It will save 30% total investment cost.(comparing with vertical mill)
3) These machines are aimed at the features of coal grinding system and have been specially optimized in design as far as fineness control and anti-corrosion is concerned. Meanwhile, they are on the base of ensuring excellent anti-explosion performance. These equipments are equipped with anti-explosion valve. Because of its high separation rate, which can increase output, economize and improve safety of the system. The fineness of the pulverized coal is 6% residue on the 80um sieve. |
